What do I have to do?

Remove all cards from the tableau and the stock pile.

Know the initial layout of the cards

Tableau

1 Tableau of 25 cards forming a 5×5 grid.

Stock pile

1 Stock pile with the remaining cards face down.

Waste pile

1 Waste pile, initially empty.

Tableau

• Match cards of the same rank that are adjacent horizontally, vertically or diagonally to move them to the waste pile.
• Building within the tableau is not allowed.
• Empty spaces cannot be filled with other cards from the tableau.

Stock pile

• Tap the stock pile to consolidate the tableau and fill in the empty spaces. Consolidation involves filling in the gaps by moving cards to the left, and up a row if necessary. The empty spaces on the tableau are then filled in with cards from the stock pile.

Waste pile

• When matching 2 cards of the same rank, they will automatically be moved to the waste pile.
